From the brief and the constraints to a resolved, warm and workable space.

The programme

Every priority, made to fit.

  • 26 fixed workstations in the open office
  • 12 flex positions — the 3 deed rooms (4 each), counted as workstations
  • 1 bubble / cocoon (1–2 p.)  +  1 enclosed phone booth (1 p.)
  • 3 small meeting / deed rooms (1–4 p.), 1 medium (8–12 p.) and a cocoon (1–2 p.) — the +1 is the cafeteria
  • The enclosed cafeteria doubles as that sixth meeting room

Space works twice: the deed rooms double as desks, the cafeteria as the sixth meeting room.
